Camera and microphone are blocked |
The microphone or camera is not connected, or access to them are disabled on the computer. Check your computer settings and grant the access. You can refer to the article below to see how to do this |
No camera connected |
Please connect the webcam and try again. If it’s already connected, unplug it and plug it back in, or try a different port. |
No image from the webcam |
Turn on the room light and clear any objects that might be blocking the webcam. If that doesn’t work, try connecting the webcam to a different USB port on your computer. |
Your microphone is muted |
The system has detected that your microphone is muted.

More than one display detected |
Please disable any additional displays and try again. You can press Win+P and select "PC screen only," or disconnect the monitor cable from the computer. |

Select “Entire Screen” and click on your screen in the pop-up window so that it becomes highlighted. Then click "Share". |
We're unable to upload video files to the storage |
