System check issues

The table below describes problems that may occur during the system check on a new interface and provides instructions on how to resolve them.

Camera and microphone are blocked

The microphone or camera is not connected, or access to them are disabled on the computer. Check your computer settings and grant the access. You can refer to the article below to see how to do this

No camera connected

Please connect the webcam and try again. If it’s already connected, unplug it and plug it back in, or try a different port.

No image from the webcam

 

Turn on the room light and clear any objects that might be blocking the webcam. If that doesn’t work, try connecting the webcam to a different USB port on your computer.

Your microphone is muted

The system has detected that your microphone is muted.

  1. Press the Windows logo key + R.
  2. In the "Run" dialog box that appears, enter "mmsys.cpl" and press Enter
  3. Navigate to the Recording tab.
  4. Locate and double-click on the active microphone device.
  5. In the General tab, check if the microphone device is Enabled:
  6. Navigate to the Levels tab. 
  7. Unmute the microphone if it's muted, and raise the volume level:
    Ativar microfone.

Ensure you speak clearly and loudly into the microphone throughout the system check process.

If the issue persists, verify the microphone volume in the system settings:

  1. Press the Windows logo key + R.
  2. In the "Run" dialog box that appears, enter "mmsys.cpl" and press Enter.
  3. Navigate to the Recording tab.
  4. Locate and double-click on the active microphone device.
  5. In the Levels tab, check the microphone level. If the volume indicator is red, click on it to unmute the microphone.
  6. Check your mic level. If the volume indicator is red, click on it to unmute your mic:
  7. Apply the changes by clicking on the Apply, then click OK to close the window. 

More than one display detected

Please disable any additional displays and try again. You can press Win+P and select "PC screen only," or disconnect the monitor cable from the computer.

No access to the entire screen

Select “Entire Screen” and click on your screen in the pop-up window so that it becomes highlighted. Then click "Share".

We're unable to upload video files to the storage

Your internet connection is unstable or the internet speed is low.
