"Share" button is inactive in the "Choose what to share" window

    Symptoms

    • The "Share" button in the "Choose what to share" window is greyed out or unclickable.

    • You are unable to proceed with screen sharing despite the window appearing.

    Cause

    The Entire screen has not been selected in the sharing dialog.

    Resolution

    1. Click on the desktop image in the Entire Screen tab to highlight it with blue frame
    2. Click Share:
