      More than one monitor connected

      This article provides instructions on how to resolve the issue when the error message “More than one monitor connected” is displayed.

      Symptoms

      The exam cannot be started because the preparation failed. The system has detected that more than one monitor is being used.

      Causes

      The exam rules prohibit the use of more than one monitor.

      Resolution

      Disable any additional screens and try again.

      If you're using Windows, press Win + P and select "PC screen only", or physically disconnect any extra monitors from your computer.
