Live-Review Issues: Troubleshooting common problems

During live-review exams, users might encounter specific issues that prevent them from starting the exam or continuing with the process. Below are common problems and potential solutions:

  1. "There are no proctors available right now"

This message can appear for the following reasons:

    • Proctors are not online – Ensure that there are proctors available to monitor the exam.
    • Proctors are online but the room is full – Check if the room has reached its maximum capacity for the current number of proctors. If it has, you may need to either invite an additional proctor or increase the number of test-takers allowed per proctor.
  2. "The exam has not started yet"

This indicates that the exam start time settings may need to be checked. Ensure that the exam is scheduled to start at the correct time, and verify any potential discrepancies in the exam timing configuration.
