This article explains why the step of taking a photo of the face is skipped, even when the exam identification mode is set as "Face and passport".
Symptoms
At the identification stage, you are asked to take a photo of your ID card without capturing a picture of yourself.
Causes
It is not a bug. When the AI successfully detects the face, it automatically skips taking a photo of the face and prompts to take a photo of the ID.
