"Replay is being evaluated." What should I do when I get the error?

  1. Log in to your institution's class365 address. (e.g. kampus365.perculus6.com)
  2. Log in to the system with your administrator user account.(UZEM Unit of Your Institution)
  3. On the page that opens, click the sessions button in the top menu .
  4. In the Search section, in the session name text box, type the session name for which you received the error "evaluating watch status".
  5. Click the Search button.
  6. Once you've made sure that you've found the session where you're getting an error, click the options (three dots) button to the right of the session row.
  7. In the drop-down list, click the pack button
  8. The session raw data will be recompiled and introduced to the system. This process can take about 5 minutes.
  9. Refresh the session page and search for the session
  10. If the operation was successful, the watch again button will appear.
  11. Click the watch button
  12. If you can watch the session replay, your problem is resolved.
