I can't upload files to the system, what should I do?

There are many reasons why you may not be able to upload files to the system. Let's check them out one by one.

  1. Are you uploading the correct file format
    1. The system can be added to pdf, png, jpeg, mp4, mp3 etc. files. (The file format is usually written on the page you're uploading.)
  2. Is the file size within the size that the system allows?
    1. This file size will appear as an error in the section where you are trying to upload a file or while you are trying to upload it. Different file upload sizes may be defined for each file format. For example; You can upload a PDF file up to 50 MB in size.
  3. Are you using an outdated program?
    1. The browser or mobile application you are using has now upgraded to an upgraded version, but you may be getting an error when uploading files because you have not. Update the browser or mobile app you're using.
  4. Are you using an outdated operating system?
    1. Outdated operating systems may be preventing you from uploading files. Upgrade your operating system to the latest version.
  5. Are you facing a security obstacle?
    1. Sometimes, system security may see the applications you use as vulnerabilities and block them. You can log in to the system using a different browser.
    2. In operating systems such as Apple MacOS, it can be done with special permission for each process. Check the security settings of your browser or app. Maybe your system has not allowed you to upload or download files for the application. Grant permissions to upload and download files.
  6. Are you using browser add-ons?
    1. Browser add-ons, such as an ad blocker or download assistant, may be preventing you from uploading files.
