I can't see the video when I join the virtual classroom live. What should I do?
With the latest technological developments, the video transmission technology "Web RTC" live video transmission technology has also been updated. After the update, there is a problem in virtual classroom live viewing on some Android device models and Apple device models with pre-iOS 14 version, the cause of which and the development of the solution continues.
We apologize for the temporary live stream transmission issue that was not caused by us.
Solution:
For this temporary problem;
- Upgrade your devices and browsers to the latest versions.
- Join virtual classrooms using desktops or laptops and Windows and Apple options.
- In order for us to make a detailed examination, send the device you have problems with in virtual classroom live participation to the ue@kampus365.come-mail address with the following information .
- Device Brand Name (Written on the Phone Back, On the Power-On, or Settings > > About Device section.)
- Device Model (Written on the Back of the Phone, at Startup, or in the Settings > > About Device section.)
- Device Name (Written in Settings > About > Device.)
- Device System Version (Written in Settings > About > Device.)
- Browser Name (It is written when you click on the about button by clicking on the three dots somewhere in the browser you are using.)
- Browser Version (It says when you click on the about button by clicking on the three dots somewhere in the browser you are using.)
- Institution Name (The name of the institution where you studied)
- Course Name (Name of the course you are attending the virtual classroom)
- Virtual Classroom Name (Writes on the line or card that you clicked the Join virtual classroom button.)
- Virtual Classroom URL (You can obtain it by copying the link written in the link line at the top of the browser where you joined the virtual classroom. E.g.; xyz.perculus.com/app/xyz....)
- If there is a problem in a certain part (for example; Texting, Teacher Cam, My Camera)
- If there was a problem at a certain time (e.g. 00:52:04 or 01:02:11)
