- Inquire about whether they hear sounds from other participants.
- Check the volume of your computer. The computer may be muted or muted.
- Right-click on the computer speaker icon. Click on the "Turn on volume mixer" button. Your browser may be muted. Turn up the volume.
- Change your browser. You can use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- You may have muted the tab in the browser. Right-click on the Perculus Plus virtual classroom tab if you see the "Unmute the site" button. Click on the "Unmute the site" button.
- Click on the "Lock" icon on the far left in the "url" section of the browser. Click on the "Site settings" button. On the page that opens, click on the drop-down list to the right of the "Sound" texts in the "Permissions" section. In the list that opens, click the "Allow" button.
- You may have muted your teacher's voice. When you hover over the camera and microphone window in the upper right corner, a section opens from right to left. In this section, from top to bottom, there is the camera on button, the microphone on button, and the volume adjustment bar. If the point of the volume adjustment bar is on the left, the volume is turned down. You can turn up your teacher's volume by pulling the volume adjustment bar all the way to the right.
- If you've screen shared, your computer or browser might be muted. If your computer's volume is turned down by controlling it in the audio mixer, turn it up.
- You may be experiencing a problem with cookies. You can load the site from scratch using the "CTRL+F5" combination buttons.
- Click on the three dots under the window close button at the top right and click on the "New incognito window" button. You can log in to the session with a new page, resetting the cookies and ignoring the add-ons you have added to your browser. (Add-ons you add to your browser can interfere with many functions.)
- Restart your modem.
- Restart your computer.
- You can try to log in to the system using another device.

- After clicking on the three dots at the top right of your browser, click on the "Desktop Site" button and refresh the page. Click on the image of your teacher at the top right. The speaker icon and sound bar will appear. Slide the sound bar to the right.
- You may have blocked permissions in your browser. Click on the three dots at the top right. Click on the exclamation point icon in the circle. You will see "Camera - Blocked, Sound - Blocked, Notification - Blocked, Sound - Blocked, etc...." If the phrases appear, click on the "Site Settings" link. In the Permissions section, click on all articles with the text "Block". In the pop-up window that opens, click the "Allow" button.
- After clicking on the three dots at the top right of your browser, click on the "Open Perculus 3 APK" button. Your session will be opened in the apk. This may solve your problem.
- Restart your modem.
- Uninstall and reinstall your browser.
- You can try to log in to the system using another device.
