How to Prevent a Virtual Classroom Session from Being Recorded?

Do Not Record the Virtual Classroom Session

If you enable the "Do not generate a playback after the session ends" option while entering your session details and creating the virtual classroom, the session will not be recorded.

After this action, no recording will be taken, and there will be no way to recover the playback later.

Record the Session but Make It Unavailable for Viewing
If you want the session to be recorded but not watched by participants later, you can enable the "Disable access to playback" option while setting up the session.

In this case, the session will be recorded, but participants won't be able to watch the playback.

If you later want to allow playback viewing, click Edit from the session options and disable the "Disable access to playback" setting, then save.

This will make the playback available for viewing again.
