How to Create a Registration Form Link?

  1. Log in to your Perculus Plus web address.
  2. Log in to the system with the system administrator or the user of the person who created or will create the session.
  3. Click on the "Sessions" button.
  4. If you have not created a session before;
    1. Click on the "Add Session" button at the top right of the Sessions page.
    2. Fill in the required fields in the "Session Information" section.
    3. Click on the "Participation Options" button.
    4. If the "Allow registration with form" feature is not active, click on the button on the right of the article.
    5. Click on the "Save" button.

  5. If you have not previously activated participation with the form for an old session;
    1. Find your own session among the sessions arranged in rows.
    2. Click on the three dots on the far right of the row of your session.
    3. Click on the "Edit" button.
    4. Click on the "Participation Options" button.
    5. If the "Allow registration with form" feature is not active, click on the button on the right of the article.
    6. Click on the "Save" button.

  6. After creating a session with the form registration feature or turning on the form registration feature in the created session, click on the three dots on the far right of your session among the sessions listed on the sessions page.
  7. Click on the "Edit" button.
  8. Click on the "Participation Options" button.
  9. At the bottom of the pop-up window that opens, there is a "Form Access Link" section.
  10. Copy the link address you displayed under the form access link text.
  11. With the form, you can send it to the people you want to join, add it to your website, or share it on your social media accounts.
