How do I send an invitation email to session attendees in bulk?
- Log in to your institution's Perculus Plus web address.
- Log in to the system with your username and password of the instructor or admin who created the session.
- Click on the "Sessions" link. Sessions will be listed in rows.
- Click on the three dots on the far right in the row where your session is located.
- Click on the "Participants" or "Details > Participant List" button.
- Click on the "Send Invitation" button to send a mass invitation e-mail to all the attached participants at once.
- The "Invitation Submission Confirmation" pop-up window opens.
- When you click the "Yes" button in response to the question "Do you want to send an invitation email to all attendees?", you are sending an invitation email to all session participants.
