Can the Authorized Reset My Password? / Can They Activate My Account?

If you are not the official of the institution; The authority to reset your password and activate your account can only be carried out by the institution where you are studying.

 

Do not request password reset and account activation procedures by Kampüs365 officials in accordance with KVKK.

  1. From your browser, go to your institution's class365 address.
  2. Log in to the system with the instructor or administrator user.
  3. Click the participants button in the top menu.
  4. Click on the detailed search button at the top right.
  5. In the section that opens, enter the session name in the user name text box at the top left.
  6. Click the search button at the bottom right of the section.
  7. Among the listed users, click on the options (three dots) button on the far right of the user row for which you want to change the password or activate the account.
  8. In the drop-down list, click the edit button.
  9. Type the new password for the user in the New password and New password (again) text boxes.
    1. If you want the user to change the password themselves, click the Send password reset email button.
  10. Delete the date in the Account expiration date text box.
  11. Activate the web login permission feature by clicking on the selection button.
  12. Activate the active account feature by clicking on the selection button.
  13. Click the save button at the bottom right of the window.
  14. You have changed your user password and made an active account.
