Ticket Category Guide – What each option means

When submitting a ticket, you need to select the Category that best matches your issue. Below is a description of each category and when to use it.

Coach

  • Select this option if your request is related to the Coach.

Licensing

  • Select this option if you have questions or issues related to licenses for your account or organization.

Access Request

  • Select this option if you need to request access to platform.

Account Modification

  • Select this option if you need to update or change details in your account.

Bulk Changes

  • Select this option if your request relates to Bulk Changes.
