Ticket Category Guide – What each option means
When submitting a ticket, you need to select the Category that best matches your issue. Below is a description of each category and when to use it.
Cancel subscription
- Select this option if you want to cancel your current subscription.
Licenses
- Select this option if you have questions or issues related to licenses assigned to your account or organization.
Refund
- Select this option if you want to request a refund for a payment.
Login
- Select this option if you experience problems logging into your account.
Coach
- Select this option if your request is related to the Coach product.
