      Troubleshooting: Photos Not Displaying or App Functionality Not Loading 

      Symptoms

      Photos are not displaying in Rase lens, or certain functionality isn't loading. 

      Causes 

      Rase lens ML machine is off. 

      Resolution 

      Before uploading the photos, follow these steps to turn on: 

      1. Click Start button before processing photos. 
        RaceLens-Start
      2. Wait until the element turns green — this indicates that the system is ready.

      3. Check the Queue Size — it should match the number of photos that need to be processed.

      If the Queue size is incorrect, it may mean the photos were uploaded incorrectly. Follow the instructions in How to Resolve Photos Not Added to the Processing Queue.
