      How to Resolve Photos Not Added to the Processing Queue 

      Symptoms

       

      The Queue size shows 0, even though the photos were uploaded. 

      RaceLens-QueueSize0

      Causes 

      Photos were uploaded to the wrong location.  

      Resolution 

      Make sure the photos are placed in the correct folder according to the agreed structure that has been provided.

      Note: any image that does not follow the structure above will be skipped.
