Ticket Category Guide – What each option means

When submitting a ticket, you need to select the Category that best matches your issue. Below is a description of each category and when to use it.

Video restoration

  • Select this option if a video is missing from the Archive in the Dashboard for any reason.

Session analysis

  • Select this option if you need a detailed review or investigation of a completed exam session.

Exam creation

  • Select this option if you need help creating a new exam or setting up its configuration.

Exam Preparation

  • Select this option if you want to notify about upcoming exams.

Plugins

  • Select this option if you encounter an error related to a plugin.
