Symptoms
In the Proctor’s Room during a live-review exam, the learner session has started, and the system check has been completed, but the video stream has not begun.
The problem is shown in the screenshot below.
Cause
The learner may still be in the process of taking a photo.
Resolution
Wait a few minutes – in many cases, the learner is still actively completing the photo step. If there is no response or progress within 5–10 minutes, attempt to contact the learner directly if it's possible.
