Reports in Dashboard Archive

In the Dashboard Archive, there are three types of session reports available:

  1. Session report

  2. Violation report

  3. Exam collisions report


How to view a report

  1. Open the Archive and select a video.

  2. Click Download and choose the desired report type.

Each report opens in a separate browser tab.The Session Report also includes a "Save as PDF" button for easy downloading.

Report types explained

1. Session Report

A summary of the session, including general details and a timeline of any violations.

Includes:

  • Test taker’s name, username, and email

  • Session ID

  • Course and exam names

  • Start and end time

  • Score and maximum threshold

  • Proctoring status and review

  • List of events with violation duration and timeline


2. Violation Report

Details all confirmed violations during the session, as reviewed by a proctor, including screenshots.

Includes:

  • Test taker’s name, username, and email

  • Session ID

  • Course and exam names

  • Start and end time

  • Proctoring status

  • Total number of violations

  • List of violations with timestamps, descriptions, and screenshots


3. Exam collisions report

Identifies identity inconsistencies based on face recognition.

Collisions are detected when:

  • The same face appears under different emails in the same exam

  • Different faces appear under the same email in the same exam
