Symptoms
Unable to open the test with proctoring. An error message appears: "<site_url> refused to connect".
The problem is shown in the screenshot below.
Causes
Embedding in an iframe is not allowed.
Resolution
- If using Moodle, follow the steps in this article.
- If using other LMS, include *.proctor.constructor.app in the whitelist.
Note: To successfully open the exam page in Constructor Proctor, embedding in an iframe needs to be allowed.
