In the Proctor’s Room during a live-review exam, the proctor sees the “Internet connection is unstable".
The problem is shown in the screenshot below.
Cause
The learner's internet connection is unstable.
Resolution
Ask the learner to check the following:
After improving the connection, refresh the page and restart the system check.
