How to Schedule an Exam via the Customer Portal

This guide explains how you can schedule an exam via the Customer Portal.

1.  Access the ticket submission form

  1. Go to https://support.constructor.tech/proctor-for-administrators.

  2. In the top right menu, click Customer Portal > Log in.

2. Create a New Ticket

  1. Click File a support ticket.
  2. A new ticket form will appear.
  3. From the dropdown menu labeled Constructor Product, choose Proctor.
  4. Under Category, select Exam preparation.

3. Fill in Exam Details

When submitting the request, make sure to include all required details in the Description field:

  • Exam date: Provide the date in DD/MM/YYYY format.

  • Exam time: Include the exact time and specify the timezone.

  • Number of sessions: Indicate how many exam sessions will be conducted.

  • Participants per session: Enter the number of exam takers per session.

  • Total number of students: List the total number of participants across all sessions.

  • Proctoring mode: Specify whether the exam will be Live or Post-exam proctoring.

Note: Requests missing any of the above details may be delayed.

4. Submit the Request

  1. Review the information provided.

  2. Click Submit to send your request.

Confirmation

After submission, you will receive a confirmation email. We may follow up if additional details are needed.
