How to check if a video can be recombined in the Dashboard Archive

This article explains how to verify whether an exam video can be rebuilt from the available data in the Dashboard Archive.

  1. Open the video
    Go to the Archive section in the Dashboard and open the required video session.

  2. Find Technical info
    Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Technical info → Video data block.

  3. Check Stream data
    Review the values for webcam and desktop streams:

    • If both have status: true and size > 0, the video can be rebuilt.

    • If either shows status: false or size: 0, rebuilding is not possible or incomplete.
