Symptoms
In the Proctor’s Room during a live-review exam, the proctor sees the message “Cannot ping test taker”.
The problem is shown in the screenshot below.
Cause
There is no ping response from the learner. This is usually due to an unstable or interrupted internet connection.
Resolution
Ask the learner to check the following:
After improving the connection, refresh the page and restart the system check.
