Call button not showing for proctor

Symptoms

The proctor does not see the call button in Proctor’s Room and cannot initiate a call.

Cause

The browser does not have permission to access the microphone.

Resolution

Grant microphone access in the browser settings to enable the call button.

Note: If microphone permission is not granted, the call button will not appear on the proctor’s panel, preventing the proctor from initiating calls.
