Symptoms
Unable to read the custom Proctoring System Terms and Conditions. An error message appears: "<site_url> refused to connect".
The problem is shown in the screenshot below.
Causes
Embedding in an iframe is not allowed.
Resolution
Include *.proctor.alemira.com in the whitelist.
Note: To successfully open the Proctoring System Terms and Conditions in Constructor Proctor, embedding in an iframe needs to be allowed.
