This article explains how to increase the maximum file upload size in Learn by updating the platform configuration settings. Follow the steps below to increase the upload limit.
- Use this endpoint in any tenant :
/portal/tenant-settings/current - Search for "platform.file_resources.upload_attachment_size_limit"
- Increase the value to raise the file upload limit. For example, you can double the current value.
- Save the updated configuration.
