How do I cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel your subscription, please perform the following steps:

1. Login to the Cockpit by navigating to your login page:

2. Provide your username and password.

   Please note that you should use your parent account login information.

3. Once logged in, navigate to the "Licenses" button:

   
   

   

4. Click on the three dots next to the license you want to cancel:

   
   

   

5. Click on "Manage Subscription"
   
   
   
   
6. You will get redirected to your subscription page. Once there, please click on the "Cancel Plan" button in the upper right corner of the screen:
   
   
   
   
7. Once you confirm the cancellation, you will no longer be charged for the service.
