What should I do if students cannot see the activity I created and in which the students participated?

You may have created an activity display adjustment.

  • When creating an activity, you can choose which week, from when it will appear, from what time it will be hidden, and under what condition it will be viewable in the schedule section.
  • If you add a show after feature to an activity, for example, 1 week later, students will not be able to see the activity after 1 week.

Edit the activity to remove the timing setting so that the activity is displayed.

  • To fix this issue, click the edit activity button in the options of the relevant activity.
  • In the Schedule section, check the week, View in a date range, and View by another activity options one by one.
  • For example: If the display after date section is filled in the Display a date range, remove the time information there. For example: If there is show information after 10/3/2022, remove it.
  • Click the Save
  • Issue resolved, now students can view the activity.
