I can't see my lessons in the browser on mobile devices, what should I do?

Issues can occur with mobile devices, device operating system versions, and browser versions that are now out of date. What you can do;

  • First of all, share the problem with your institution. Ask them to check if there are different people having the same problem. The problem may not actually be the problem. The activity in the course can be the course branch or the course being edited, deleted, or you being removed from the course and the branch.
  • Try logging in to Education365 using another browser.
  • Update your browser from mobile application markets.
  • Update the device operating system version in your device's settings > About section.
  • After doing all the trials or for the first time, you can download and use our Kampüs365 mobile application.
