I can't enter the Eğitim 365 system. What should I do?

Errors That Can Be Encountered When Logging Into Education365 and Their Solutions

In this article, we write about the errors you may be experiencing if you cannot log in to the Eğitim 365 system and their possible solutions. If you cannot solve your problem with the help of this article, please contact your university's UZEM (Distance Education Center) or student affairs unit.

If UZEM or your student affairs cannot solve the problem, they will request help from the Eğitim 365 Support Team. Eğitim 365 support does not have user support. Problems are resolved with the authorized persons of the institutions.

No Internet Connection

If you do not have internet on your computer, you will not be able to log in to the system.

What is the solution?
It may take a long time to connect to the internet because of the programs that your operating system is trying to run in the background as soon as you turn on your computer. After waiting for a certain period of time, try to connect again.

If multiple users are using the same internet in your location, it can cause an IP conflict. Restart your modem and try to connect again. If your computer has an exclamation point (!) on the internet icon, you may be experiencing a system problem. By right-clicking on the Internet icon and clicking on the 'Troubleshoot' button, you can try to get the computer to fix the problems.

Your internet service provider may have a secure system. You can try to log in to the system by transferring the internet to your computer via your phone.

Username or Password Error Status

You may have typed your username or password incorrectly.

What is the solution?
Carefully typing your username and password will solve the problem. Also, some of the keys on your keyboard may be broken. To create a quick solution, you can try opening the Windows Icon > Windows Accessories > Windows Ease of Access > On-Screen Keyboard and typing your user name and password from the keyboard that opens. You can also open 'On-Screen Keyboard' by clicking the Windows key to open the On-Screen Keyboard and typing 'On-Screen Keyboard'.

Caps Lock On Status

If the Caps Lock key is left on, you may be typing the wrong username and password.

What is the solution?
Open a new notebook on your computer and write. If all the text you type is written in capital letters, you can solve the problem of writing in capital letters by clicking the 'Caps Lock' button.

Shift, Alt, Alt Gr, or Ctrl Keys Held Down

The Shift, Alt, Alt Gr, and Ctrl keys are the keys that activate different functions on your computer. If these keys remain pressed, you may be typing different letters.

What is the solution?
Pull the usb cable on your keyboard. You can save the pressed keys from the pressed state by clicking all the keys left and right with your hand. Try to log in again by connecting the usb cable of your keyboard to the computer again.

If the problem doesn't solve the problem, you can try typing your username and password from the keyboard that opens by clicking with your mouse, opening the Windows Icon > Windows Accessories > Windows Ease of Access > On-Screen Keyboard. You can also open 'On-Screen Keyboard' by clicking the Windows key to open the On-Screen Keyboard and typing 'On-Screen Keyboard'.

Cache Retention Status

If more than one user logs in from the same computer, it may be trying to log in to the system with the information in the cache.

What is the solution?
You can clear your browser's cache by clearing history. If you do not want to clear the history, try logging into the system using the 'Incognito Mode' feature of your browser.

If the user's computer date is incorrect

The user's computer may be out of date or at a later date.

What is the solution?
Go to the computer date settings and set the date and time to today's time. After setting the date and time, try to log in to the system again.

If the user is not registered in the system

The user may not be registered in the system.

What is the solution?
You can contact your university's UZEM (Distance Education Center) or student affairs unit to check whether you are in the system and ask them to register if you are not in the system.

If the user's status drops to passive

Your user account may be set as inactive by the UZEM (System Administrator) of your institution or by your instructor if your instructor is authorized.

What is the solution?
You can contact your university's UZEM (Distance Education Center) or student affairs unit to check whether your account is set to 'inactive'. Your account will be set to 'active' if deemed appropriate by your institution. If your institution cannot solve the problem, it will contact Eğitim 365 support.

User Deletion Status

Your user account may have been deleted by the UZEM (System Administrator) of your institution or by your instructor if your instructor has been authorized.

What is the solution?
You can contact your university's UZEM (Distance Education Center) or student affairs unit to check whether your account has been deleted. Your account will be added back to the system if deemed appropriate by your institution. If your institution cannot solve the problem, it will contact Eğitim 365 support.

Incorrect Password Attempt Limit Exceeded

If the student enters more incorrect passwords than the incorrect password entry limit determined by the institution's UZEM on the student password entry screen, the student's account will be locked.

What is the solution?
You can contact your university's UZEM (Distance Education Center) or student affairs unit to check whether your account is locked or not. If your account is locked, it can be unlocked again if deemed appropriate by your institution. If your institution cannot solve the problem, it will contact Eğitim 365 support.

OBIS Integration System Stoppage

If the student username and password are obtained from OBIS (Student Information System), it is not possible to log in to the Eğitim 365 system as a result of the OBIS system stopping.

What is the solution?
When your institution reopens the OBIS system, entries to the Eğitim 365 system will also be opened.
