Can Instructors Download Questions They've Added or Questions They've Used in an Exam?
- Log in to the system with the instructor or system administrator user.
- Click on the question bank button in the left menu.
- Select the questions you want to download, select your criteria from the search questions section in the question bank and click the search button.
- For example; Let's download the questions you used in an exam.
- Click on the exam drop-down list in the Search questions section in the question bank. When you type and search for the exam you want to select, select the exam you want to download questions from among the exams listed.
- Click the search button at the bottom of the tab .
- The questions will be listed in the question search results tab.
- Click the download full data button at the top right of the question search results tab.
- You have now downloaded the questions you used in your exam.
- In the excel you downloaded , the main course, course, semester name, question text, creation date, last update date, subject headings, category, keywords, owner, difficulty level, number of options, correct answer, option1, option2, option3, option4 and option5 information are included.
- What other criteria can I list and download questions based on?
- You can use one criterion or you can use multiple criteria.
- You can sort by main course knowledge.
- You can sort by course information.
- You can sort by the information of the periods.
- You can sort according to exam information.
- You can sort according to the question text information.
- You can sort by creation date information.
- You can sort by update date information.
- You can sort by subject headings.
