After sending a photo of the document I can't proceed to the test

It may take some time for the proctor to verify your identity. However, if you are waiting for 5 minutes or more after sending the photo, reload your browser or chat with the proctor.

Note: Sometimes in chat the proctor may ask you to re-do the photo of your document – do so, otherwise, you will not be allowed to take the test:

In some cases, photo uploads may take a little longer due to slow internet connection speed. Make sure your connection speed is above 1 Mbps.
