The error occurs when following the link in the invitation email to log into the system
Causes
The invitation link has expired because it was time-sensitive and is no longer valid. This situation may arise if too much time has passed since the invitation was sent
Resolution
To resolve the issue, resetting the password is necessary, even if it has never been set before. Follow these steps:
- Click Reset it on the login page.
- In the form that appears, enter your email and click Continue.
- An email with further instructions will be received. Follow the steps in the email to complete the process.
