Workflow run failure

Symptoms

A workflow run might fail if two workflows start simultaneously, for example, with a short delay of 2-5 seconds.

Cause

The Constructor Research has a limitation where workflows may conflict and fail to run correctly if started too closely in time.

Resolution

Start the workflow again.
