Incorrect email address in Support Chat

Symptoms

When initiating a Constructor Bot Chat, your email address is incorrect.

Cause

The issue related to cached data in the browser storage, which may be supplying outdated or incorrect user information.

Resolution

1. Open Developer Tools in your browser:
   • On Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl + Shift + I.
   • On macOS: Press Cmd + Option + I.
2. Go to the Application tab in Developer Tools.
3. Under Storage, locate the option to Clear Site Data and click it.
   
4. Refresh the page using Ctrl + R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + R (macOS).
5. Retry the chat process, and verify that the correct email address is now displayed.
