Roles in Proctor
There are three main user roles in the system: Learners, Proctors, and Admins. Each has a specific purpose in the exam process.
1. Learners – People who take exams
These users are typically students, employees, or candidates completing assessments.
They:

Take exams assigned to them

Follow exam rules

Submit answers in the system
2. Proctors – People who monitor exams
These users supervise exams to ensure fairness and prevent cheating.
They have access to the Dashboard, but to different sections.
Reviewer:
- Has access to Archive (Adding/confirming violations; deleting violations created personally).
Proctor:
- Has access to Calendar, Exams(without the ability to edit), Rooms.
3. Admins – People who organize exams
These users set up and manage the entire testing process.
Company admin:
- Has access to Sessions, Calendar, Exams, Archive, Administrators,Companies, Reports,
Note: Some Admins can also act as Proctors and Reviewers.
