Roles in Proctor

There are three main user roles in the system: Learners, Proctors, and Admins. Each has a specific purpose in the exam process.

1. LearnersPeople who take exams

These users are typically students, employees, or candidates completing assessments.
They:

  • Take exams assigned to them

  • Follow exam rules

  • Submit answers in the system

2. ProctorsPeople who monitor exams

These users supervise exams to ensure fairness and prevent cheating.

They have access to the Dashboard, but to different sections.

Reviewer:

  • Has access to Archive (Adding/confirming violations; deleting violations created personally).

Proctor:

  • Has access to Calendar, Exams(without the ability to edit), Rooms.

3. AdminsPeople who organize exams 

These users set up and manage the entire testing process.
Company admin:

  • Has access to Sessions, Calendar, Exams, Archive, Administrators,Companies, Reports,

Note: Some Admins can also act as Proctors and Reviewers.
