If your instructions do not mention the option or requirement to use a smartphone, you will need a desktop computer or laptop in order to take the test. Taking the test on a smartphone is technically impossible unless stated otherwise in the instructions. |

| Can I use headphones during the exam? | The use of headphones during testing is usually prohibited by exam rules. Constructor Proctor does not set testing rules, so we recommend checking with your school or organization on whether you can use headphones during testing or not. |
| Can I use a second monitor during the exam? |
The use of additional monitors or screens during testing is prohibited. If you have more than one monitor connected to your computer, then you must disconnect the second monitor, leaving only the primary one connected. Otherwise, you won't be able to pass the Constructor Proctor system check. |
| Can I retake the exam or obtain a new chance to pass? |
If there is a need for an additional opportunity to pass or retake the test, it is advisable to get in touch with the instructor or testing organizer, as it falls within their responsibilities. |
