      How to Start a Race When the Schedule Has Changed

      Symptoms

      The race schedule has been changed, and now the race is not starting automatically in the system. 

      Causes 

      The system is unaware of the schedule changes because the initial integration provided different data, and the update hasn't been reflected in the system. 

      Resolution 

      Follow these steps to start the race manually: 

      1. Switch to Manual Mode by clicking the toggle button.

      2. Confirm the action by clicking Confirm.

      3. Click the Start button to open the session.

      4. Confirm the action by clicking Confirm.

      5. Wait for a short period — the session will start, and the session status will update accordingly.

      Note: While in Manual Mode, automatic scheduling will be disabled. A notification will appear in the UI as a reminder. Once the race is started manually, it is recommended to switch back to Auto Mode to ensure future races follow the automated schedule.
