      How to reset my password?

      In order to reset your password as a parent, please navigate to the login page:

      https://schools.constructor.app/#!login (EU region)
      https://schools-us.constructor.app/#!login (US region)
      https://schools-ca.constructor.app/#!login (CA region)

       and click on the "Forgot password" link:

       

      Please provide either your parent username or the email address that you used to subscribe:

      Passwords for learner accounts can be reset only from within the parent profile. Further details you can find here.
