1. Start the browser of your choice and go to https://go.alemira.com/. Log into the Alemira School Dashboard using your personal user account.

2. Welcome to the Alemira School Dashboard! Choose «Orthograph Coach». Here, you have the option to carry out all desired adjustment and analyses.
3. Create user accounts for your students, if this has not already been carried out by the administrator. Print out the automatically generated parent letters with your students‘ personal user names and passwords.
4. Explain to your students how Alemira School works. To begin with, the ideal way to train is 3 times per week, 20 minutes per session, over a period of 4 months. After that, the number of training days can be reduced or the student can take a short training break. Students can train at school or home.
5. Orthograph oversees and manages all learning content and generates an individual learning schedule for each user on an ongoing basis. Words are prompted until they are deemed to have been «learned». Learned words are tested again in the repetition module and incorporated back into regular training if multiple errors are made.
6. After around 2 weeks of use, we recommend you begin monitoring the students‘ learning behaviour in «Orthograph Coach». After around 1 month, it becomes worthwhile to start carrying out detailed analyses. After around 2 months, you might want to consider carrying out individual adjustments to students’ learning programs.
