This article outlines the techical requirements that need to be met for a successful exam experience with Constructor Proctor.

System requirements for proctored test on desktop computers and laptops

Device	PC, Mac or laptop. Tablets and smartphones may be used if permitted by test organizer.
Operating System	Windows 7 Home Basic / Windows 8 / Windows 10 Home / Windows 11 and later versions (Windows 10 S, and Windows 8 RT are not supported); macOS 10.12.1 and higher; Ubuntu 14.04 (x64) and higher ; Debian 8 (x64) and higher ; OpenSUSE 13.3 (x64) and higher ; Fedora Linux 24 (x64) and higher ;
Browser (latest version)	Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge
CPU	Intel Core 2 DUO or AMD Athlon x2, or better models with SSE3 support, 2 cores, and more, 1.8 GHz frequency and higher
RAM	4 GB and more
HDD space	500 Mb and more
Web camera	Front webcam with at least 640x480 resolution
Microphone	Functioning microphone (including built-in laptop models)
Internet connection speed	Active Internet connection with stable 1 Mbps speed and faster
Data transmission net ports	The following ports must be open in the firewall: UDP: 3478 (STUN/TURN), 49152 — 65535 (WebRTC media), TCP: 443 (HTTPS), 3478 (STUN/TURN)

Note: If your device does not meet these requirements, contact your testing organizer and inform them about the issue.
