      Constructor LMS Release 106

      Overview

      In the current release, we focused primarily on introducing new analytics events, finalizing our Salesforce integration module, and enhancing support for surveys and proctoring integration.

      Improvements and fixes

      Improvements

      • Improved activity status exchange with Proctoring.

      • Streamlined analytical events exchange with the data lake.

      • Finalized integration with the Assessment module for surveys, which enables learners to take surveys and instructors to download survey results.

      • Improved composition editor is available for all tenants.

      Fixes

      We've fixed the following issues:

      • Resolved drag-and-drop issues, including adding activities to an empty child composition and validating the movement of child activities between compositions in the composition editor.

      • Corrected the display of categories for compositions.

      • Improved the retaking process for single activities published as objectives.

      • Ensured the proctoring result is no longer changed when the course state is "Finished."

      • Fixed minor issues with the "Finish the course" button behavior.

      • Updated the "Create new" custom report feature so the User tab is always selected by default.

      • Archived users are no longer enrolled through Unit and Group enrollments.

      • Fixed grading indication on course tiles.

      • The value for Passing score for the root activity is now stable even when the grading scale is changed and then deleted.

      • Flow control settings are correctly inherited for child compositions in the composition editor.

      • Fixed minor issues in the media block editor, including previewing PDF files and spacing.

      Known issues

      • Sizes of attached files are shown only for newly-uploaded files.

      • A new toggle cannot be created within a toggle.

      • New members cannot be added to a newly created team without refreshing the screen.

      • The date and time selector sometimes does not fit on the screen in Reports.

      • When signing out from Avatar, a user is not signed out from LMS.

      • External links to cover images cannot be edited.

      • Error 401 occurs after an upload of a SCORM package is canceled and the second upload attempt is initiated. The page refresh is necessary to initiate the upload.

      • Settings applied for a specific SCORM version are not appropriately distinguished.

      • The “Not found” text is displayed when a learner attempts to start a quiz with a due date in the past.

      • The Customize Default View setting does not apply to the Collections filter.

      • Saving the default view doesn’t work when creating a new custom report.
