      Constructor LMS Release 103

      Overview

      In this release we were focused on adding support for our new product — Assessments with integrated Proctor.

      Additionally, we have implemented several fixes and improvements to enhance user experience and continued working on tasks to introduce new composition editor, messaging hub, gradebook, showing activity duration and integrations with SFDC and alternative IdP providers in upcoming releases.

      Improvements and fixes

      Improvements

      • Custom links can be added to the main menu of the learner

      • Users can now be archived

      Fixes

      • Fixed an issue when the course (objective) name was changed, the passing score was reset to 0

      • Sometimes the course was unavailable for review if “Show after the date” option was enabled for “Results visibility for learner”

      • The results are not shown in Email notification for learner if “Results visibility for learner” were set as “Never” or “Show after the date”

      • The issue when if a retake was initiated, the incorrect workflow was started in some cases was fixed

      • Informative text is always shown for proctored courses

      • We’ve fixed and issue when uploading valid SCORMs for Interactive components was invalidated as non-compliant packages

      • There is no strange forwarding to login page from the Open catalog page

      • Courses with drafted mandatory activities could be finished issue was fixed

      • Optional activities can now be started in finished courses

      • Validation is now working better when trying to upload a non-compatible video format in vimeo

      • Full-screen for tables in Media Block editor is improved to take all of the free space of the screen

      • An issue when “Publish” button was shown for some published items is fixed

      Known issues

      • Size of attached files are shown only for freshly uploaded files

      • A new toggle cannot be created within a toggle.

      • New members cannot be added to a newly created team without refreshing the screen.

      • The date and time selector sometimes does not fit on the screen in Reports.

      • When signing out from Avatar, a user is not signed out from LMS.

      • External links to cover images cannot be edited.

      • SCORMs cannot be archived

      • Error 401 occurs after an upload of a SCORM package is canceled and the second upload attempt is initiated. The page refresh is necessary to initiate the upload.

      • Settings applied for a specific SCORM version are not appropriately distinguished.

      • The “Not found” text is displayed when a learner attempts to start a quiz with a due date in the past.

      • The Customize Default View setting does not apply to the Collections filter.
