Change a Learning Plan & Add New Learning Plans

Orthograph offers the option to modify student users‘ learning plans. Functions include canceling an already-started module, skipping future modules and adding new modules.

    1. Learning plans can be changed under «Student Details» then «Learning Plans»:

    2. Choose the learning plan you would like to change.

    3. Click on «Edit» on the lower right-hand side. On the left, you’ll see the learning plan you want to edit. On the right, you’ll see the selection of topic areas (study courses, folder with own modules, etc.) and the list of modules.

    4. Click the small green arrow in the place where you wish to insert a new module. The arrow will now appear in light blue.

    5. Choose the topic area that covers the module you wish to insert, then click on the module itself.

    6. Check whether the module is located in your desired place within the plan.

    7. To delete a module from the learning plan, click on the red waste paper basket next to it.

    Adding learning plans is easy:

    • Click on «ADD LEARNING PLAN». (If the button is not clickable, save the learning plan that is currently being edited first.)
    • Choose a course or a plan template and select the starting module.
    • Edit the learning plan according to your needs.
