      Assigning Content Licenses

      This video shows the process of assigning and unassigning content licenses in the institution management.

      In the Coach

      How to assign a license to a new learner in a class?

      1. Click on "Add Learner".
      2. Select the Group/ Class in which you would like to add the learner.
      3. Select the type of license/s that you would like to assign. 
        💡If you select multiple license types, each learner you create would get assigned from each of the license types you've selected. In the example video - each of the learners got assigned Grafari and Calcularis licenses.
      4. Enter the "First Name", "Last Name" and "Username" for the learner/s.
      5. Click on "Next" once you have added all the learners.
      6. Select the type of password that you would like to generate for the learner/s.
        💡You can generate both - normal and picture password for each of the learners.
      7. Click on "Add Learners"
      8. "Learner added successfully" should pop-up in the bottom right corner.
      9. Your learner will be visible in the group/class in which you have created him/her.
